The Crush ice maker produces 94 kg of ice per 24 hours and impresses with a low energy consumption. The device features a powerful reduction gearbox and a strong, consistent cooling that guarantees reliable ice production. The elastic coating increases the service life and sustainably protects the device. Equipped with a smart front ventilation system and height-adjustable feet, the ice maker adapts flexibly to various locations.Sustainability and versatility in use
This ice maker is environmentally friendly and energy-saving, as well as particularly water-saving and reduces heat generation during operation. The forced-air cooling ensures efficient heat dissipation. Made from stainless steel AISI 304, the device guarantees robustness and hygiene. Ideally suited for gastronomy, hotels, and large kitchens, it offers high ice production with simultaneously low energy and water consumption.Installation & Bedienung
- Water drainage is required.
- Note: The integrated containers are not suitable for the permanent storage of ice cubes!
- An anti-scale filter is recommended for water hardness above 30 °fH.
Reinigung & Pflege
- We recommend operating the article exclusively with a descaler, as otherwise damage to the motor and cooling system may occur.
- If you have installed a descaler upstream, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1,500 - 2,000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
