Equipped with a power output of 20 kW and a maximum temperature of 350 °C, the gas operation provides optimal baking conditions. The stepless regulation of the gas supply is controlled via a rotary knob. Additionally, the rotation speed of the baking plate can be adjusted in 10 stages. An emergency stop switch ensures additional safety. Thanks to high-quality casters, the oven is mobile and easy to relocate.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear, side walls and neighbouring appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging materials completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes.
  3. Reach the maximum temperature and heat the oven for 4 hours.
  4. Keep the door open during seasoning to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid smoke generation by thoroughly removing the residues.
  • Never clean the firebricks when wet to prevent stress cracks.
