Professional gas pizza oven for 18 pizzas with a diameter of 34 cm. Ideal for gastronomy and pizzerias focusing on efficient and fast preparation. Manual operation ensures full control over the baking process. Gas operation provides consistent heat and optimal baking results.

Product Details

The oven features a power output of 29 kW, allowing temperatures of up to 450 °C. Bottom heat ensures crispy bases, while the fibreglass insulation keeps energy consumption low. Additional features include a safety thermocouple that monitors the flame and stops the gas supply if it goes out, as well as internal lighting and an extra-large viewing window for optimal control. An emergency stop switch provides added safety.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging materials completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes.
  3. Reach the maximum temperature and heat the oven for 4 hours with the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean the firebrick regularly with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the firebrick to prevent stress cracks.
