Equipped with a baking surface made of special chamotte, the oven guarantees optimal heat distribution. The maximum temperature of 400 °C enables fast and perfect baking. A safety thermocouple monitors the flame and automatically shuts off the gas supply if it goes out. The fibreglass insulation and heat-insulated housing ensure low energy consumption. Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging materials completely.
  2. Ensure that polystyrene is removed from the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
  3. Burn in the oven before first use.
  4. Increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  5. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours.
  6. Keep the door open during the burn-in process to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid smoke development by thoroughly removing residues.
  • Never clean firebricks when damp to prevent stress cracks.
