The gas pizza oven - 6+6x 30cm - touch control - including stand is ideal for professional catering. It offers space for 12 pizzas, making it perfect for pizzerias and large-scale kitchens. The digital touch control allows for easy and precise operation. The oven operates on gas, ensuring fast and even heat distribution.

Product Details

The baking surface is made of unique special chamotte, which ensures optimal heat distribution. With a power output of 32.4 kW, the oven reaches temperatures of up to 400 °C. The bottom heat provides crispy bases, while the fibreglass insulation keeps energy consumption low. Safety thermoelements monitor the flame and automatically shut off the gas supply if it goes out. Large viewing windows and internal lighting allow for good monitoring during baking. Each baking chamber is individually controlled via a separate touch display.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ A minimum clearance of 15 cm must be maintained from rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  • ⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended to ensure optimal performance.
  1. Remove packaging materials, especially ensure all polystyrene is completely removed from the baking chamber and beneath the fireclay bricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow any vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • We recommend regularly cleaning the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues. This prevents smoke development.
  • Firebricks must never be cleaned while damp to avoid stress cracks.
  • Regularly check the gas connections and burners. This allows early detection of leaks.
