Operation is digital via separate touch displays for each baking chamber. Thanks to the gas-powered bottom heat, crispy pizzas are produced quickly and energy-efficiently.

The oven features a baking surface made of special chamotte, ensuring optimal heat distribution. The maximum temperature of up to 450 °C allows for perfect baking results. Safety features such as a thermoelement monitor the flame and automatically shut off the gas supply if it goes out. The fibreglass insulation guarantees low heat loss. Large viewing windows and interior lighting facilitate monitoring during baking.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal use.
  • ⚠️ Maintain at least 15 cm distance from rear and side walls as well as from large appliances.
  1. Completely remove packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
  2. Burn in the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow residues to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues and prevent smoke formation.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the fireclay stones, as this can cause stress cracks.
