Safety features such as a thermoelement monitor the flame and automatically shut off the gas supply if it goes out. The fibreglass insulation guarantees low heat loss. - ⚠️ All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional.
- ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal use.
- ⚠️ Maintain at least 15 cm distance from rear and side walls as well as from large appliances.
- Completely remove packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
- Burn in the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
- Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow residues to escape.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues and prevent smoke formation.
- Avoid wet cleaning of the fireclay stones, as this can cause stress cracks.
