The oven reaches a maximum temperature of 450 °C, ideal for authentic Italian pizzas. The power of 14 kW ensures fast heating times and consistent heat. A heat-insulated gas oven with fibreglass insulation provides low energy consumption and safety. The extra-large viewing window and interior lighting allow monitoring of the baking process. A safety thermoelement automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Remove packaging material, especially polystyrene from the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow residues to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid smoke development by thoroughly cleaning the fireclay stone.
  • Never clean fireclay stones when wet, as this can cause stress cracks.
