With a safety thermocouple and safety valve, the flame is monitored and the gas supply is automatically shut off if necessary. Each gas burner is individually adjustable, allowing precise temperature control. The heating method is bottom heat, ideal for crispy pizza bases.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ An extraction system ensures optimal performance and utilisation.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove packaging material, especially polystyrene from the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes.
  3. Reach the maximum temperature and heat the oven for 4 hours with the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues and prevent smoke development.
  • Avoid cleaning the firebricks with moisture, as this can cause stress cracks.
