The oven can accommodate 9 pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm simultaneously. Thanks to the convection heating method, the heat is optimally distributed, resulting in an even baking outcome. The power of 28.7 kW guarantees fast heating times. Safety is paramount: a thermocouple monitors the flame and automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out. Additionally, a safety thermostat protects against overheating. The control panel supports 6 language options for international use.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain at least 15 cm clearance from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, keeping the door open to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues and prevent smoke formation.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the firebricks, as this can cause stress cracks.
