The oven reaches a temperature of up to 450 °C, perfect for crispy pizza bases. The heating method is bottom heat, which ensures optimal baking results. Equipped with a safety thermocouple, the oven automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out – for maximum safety. The fibreglass insulation guarantees low energy consumption. Interior lighting and an extra-large viewing window make it easier to monitor during baking.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as from adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid moisture when cleaning the firebrick to prevent stress cracks.
