The manual operation ensures easy handling and precise control. Thanks to the bottom heat, the pizza is baked evenly and crisp.

The oven features a power output of 20 kW, guaranteeing rapid and even heat. The temperature can be set up to 450 °C, perfect for authentic Italian pizzas. The heat-insulated housing with fibreglass insulation ensures low heat loss and low energy consumption. Additionally, the extra-large viewing window and interior lighting provide full control over the baking process at all times. Safety is ensured by a thermocouple that immediately shuts off the gas supply in case of flame failure.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain at least 15 cm clearance from rear and side walls as well as neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Completely remove all packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Burn in the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes.
  3. Reach the maximum temperature and heat the oven for 4 hours with the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues and prevent smoke development.
  • Avoid cleaning the firebricks with moisture, as this can cause stress cracks.
