General Product Description

The gas pizza oven is ideal for professional gastronomy and pizzerias. It allows baking up to 6 pizzas with a diameter of 33 cm simultaneously. The manual operation ensures easy handling. Thanks to the robust stainless steel hood and the mobile base frame, the oven is flexibly deployable. The bottom heat guarantees an even and crispy crust.

With a power output of 13 kW, the oven reaches temperatures up to 400 °C. The integrated safety thermoelement monitors the flame and automatically shuts off the gas supply if necessary. The heat-insulated construction ensures energy efficiency. Additionally, the oven features a large viewing window and independent lighting. The smooth door opening and self-diagnosis function increase user comfort.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ A minimum clearance of 15 cm must be maintained from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  • ⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended to ensure optimal performance.
  1. Completely remove all packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow unwanted vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the firebricks, as this can cause stress cracks.
