With its manual operation and a power output of 20 kW, it provides powerful heat for even baking. The high-quality stainless steel hood and the stand with wheels ensure mobility and durability. Thanks to the bottom heat, crispy bases are perfectly achieved.

This pizza oven is suitable for up to 9 pizzas with a diameter of 33 cm simultaneously. The temperature can be set up to 370 °C to achieve optimal baking results. A safety thermocouple and thermostat ensure maximum safety by automatically shutting off the gas supply in case of flame failure. Energy-saving insulation and independent lighting for each baking chamber increase comfort. A large viewing window allows monitoring of the baking process.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Use an extraction system for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours with the door open to allow residues to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the firebricks, as this can cause stress cracks.
