Thanks to the convection heating method, the heat is optimally distributed within the oven, resulting in perfect baking outcomes.

The oven reaches a maximum temperature of 350 °C, ideal for crispy pizzas with a diameter of up to 30 cm. Up to 150 pizzas can be baked per hour, guaranteeing high efficiency. Safety features such as a thermocouple for flame monitoring and a safety thermostat ensure reliable operation. The high-quality insulation makes the oven particularly energy-efficient. Additionally, the reverse button allows easy reversal of the conveyor belt.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly remove baking residues from the oven.
  • Thoroughly clean the oven after use.
