Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ Keep a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  • ⚠️ The electric mini pizza oven should be installed by a professional.
  1. Remove all packaging materials, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
  2. Before first use, increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Then heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours.
  4. During the burn-in process, keep the door open to allow any vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid smoke development by thoroughly cleaning the stone.
  • Never clean firebricks with moisture to prevent stress cracks.
