Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from the rear and side walls as well as neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging materials completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
  2. Before first use, increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours, keeping the door open during this time.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid smoke development by thoroughly cleaning the fireclay stone.
  • Never clean fireclay stones with moisture to prevent stress cracks.
