- ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connection must be installed by a qualified technician.
- ⚠️ A minimum distance of 15 cm must be maintained from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
- Completely remove packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
- Burn in the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
- Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours, keeping the door open to allow vapours to escape.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean the fireclay stone regularly with a brass brush to remove baking residues and prevent smoke formation.
- Avoid cleaning the fireclay stones with moisture, as this can cause stress cracks.
