The oven operates with 27.34 kW power and reaches a maximum temperature of 450 °C, ideal for crispy pizzas. The heating method with top and bottom heat ensures even baking. The digital touch panel with timer enables automatic start and stop. An extra-large viewing window and interior lighting provide optimal control during the baking process. Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Completely remove all packaging materials, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, keeping the door open to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the firebricks to prevent stress cracks.
