The electric pizza oven - 6+6x 35cm (deep) - manual is ideal for the professional preparation of up to 12 pizzas simultaneously. Manual operation allows for simple and precise control of the baking process. Thanks to the electric mode of operation, fast and even heat distribution is ensured. With a diameter of 35 cm, it is perfect for classic pizzas.

The oven features top and bottom heat, which ensures optimal baking quality. The temperature can be set up to 450 °C, providing ideal conditions for crispy pizzas. The high-quality insulation saves up to 20% energy and makes the oven particularly efficient. Large viewing windows and interior lighting allow for monitoring the baking process. An integrated chimney opener and emergency stop switch increase operational safety.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase power connection must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls or neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Remove packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, keeping the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid smoke development by regularly cleaning the fireclay stone.
  • Never clean fireclay stones when wet to prevent stress cracks.
