- ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase power connection must be installed by a qualified technician.
- ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls or neighbouring large appliances.
- Remove packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
- Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
- Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, keeping the door open.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
- Avoid smoke development by regularly cleaning the fireclay stone.
- Never clean fireclay stones when wet to prevent stress cracks.
