The Power electric pizza oven is ideal for professional catering and pizzerias. It allows baking of up to 12 pizzas with a diameter of 34 cm, perfect for fast and efficient operation. The digital control ensures easy handling and precise regulation. Thanks to the high-quality insulation, the oven is particularly energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

The oven operates with 18 kW power and reaches a temperature of up to 450 °C, guaranteeing optimal baking results. The heating method is top and bottom heat, which ensures the pizzas are baked evenly. An integrated digital touch panel with a timer enables auto-start and shut-off functions. The large viewing window and interior lighting provide perfect control during baking.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely, including the polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours with the door open to allow unwanted vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid smoke development by thoroughly cleaning the fireclay stone.
  • Never clean fireclay stones when wet to prevent stress cracks.
