The manual operation ensures easy handling and precise control. Thanks to the top and bottom heat, even browning is achieved.

An integrated chimney opener ensures optimal air circulation. The interior lighting and extra-large viewing window allow constant monitoring of the baking process. An emergency stop switch guarantees maximum safety. The temperature can be set up to 450 °C.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from the rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging materials completely, especially the polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Before using the oven for the first time, it must be seasoned (burned in).
  3. Increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  4. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours with the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid smoke development by thoroughly cleaning the fireclay stone.
  • Never clean fireclay stones when wet to prevent stress cracks.
