Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Completely remove all packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: Increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours, keeping the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the firebricks, as this can cause stress cracks.
  • A clean surface prevents unpleasant smoke development during baking.
