- ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified technician.
- ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
- Completely remove all packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
- Before first use, cure the oven: Increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
- Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours, keeping the door open.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
- Avoid wet cleaning of the firebricks, as this can cause stress cracks.
- A clean surface prevents unpleasant smoke development during baking.
