- ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified technician.
- ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
- Completely remove all packaging material. Ensure that polystyrene is removed from the baking chamber and beneath the fireclay bricks.
- Before first use, cure the oven. Increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
- Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours. Keep the door open during this process to allow vapours to escape.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean the fireclay stone regularly with a brass brush to remove baking residues and prevent smoke formation.
- Avoid cleaning the fireclay stones with moisture, as this can cause stress cracks.
- Regularly remove flour dust from the pizza oven to ensure functionality.
