- ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified technician.
- ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
- Remove all packaging materials completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
- Before first use, cure the oven: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
- Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours, keeping the door open to allow any vapours to escape.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean the firebrick regularly with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
- Avoid wet cleaning of the firebrick, as this can cause stress cracks.
- Regular maintenance prevents unpleasant smoke development during baking.
