The electric pizza oven - 1+1x 35cm - manual is ideal for the professional preparation of up to two pizzas simultaneously. Manual operation allows for simple and precise control of the baking process. Electric operation ensures fast heat-up times and even heat distribution. The compact design is particularly space-saving in catering due to its stackability.

The oven features a power output of 4.4 kW, enabling a baking temperature of up to 450 °C. Top and bottom heat guarantee a perfect crust and even baking results. Thanks to the heat-insulated construction, energy consumption is low and heat is optimally retained. Large viewing windows and interior lighting make it easier to monitor the baking process.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Completely remove the packaging material, especially the polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
  2. Increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Preheat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours with the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid smoke development by thoroughly cleaning the fireclay stone.
  • Never clean fireclay stones when wet to prevent stress cracks.
