Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ The connection to three-phase current must be carried out by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from walls and other large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
  2. Before using the oven, it must be burnt in.
  3. Increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  4. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours with the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid moisture when cleaning the firebricks to prevent stress cracks.
