An integrated interior light (12 V) and extra-large viewing windows always provide a clear view. Additionally, a chimney opener is integrated to support air circulation.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connection must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as from adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely.
  2. Ensure that polystyrene is removed from the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
  3. The oven must be seasoned before use.
  4. Increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  5. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours.
  6. Keep the door open during seasoning to ensure air circulation.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean the firebrick regularly with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the firebrick to prevent stress cracks.
