The oven is heat-insulated, making it particularly energy-efficient. The door opens upwards, facilitating workflow. Additionally, the oven features an extra-large viewing window and interior lighting (12 V) for optimal control during baking.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ A minimum distance of 15 cm must be maintained from rear and side walls or neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
  2. Burn in the oven before first use: Increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours, leaving the door open to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the firebricks to prevent stress cracks.
