The integrated base frame provides stability and ergonomic working conditions.

The oven operates with 11.4 kW power and reaches temperatures up to 450 °C. The heating method with top and bottom heat ensures perfect baking results. Thanks to high-quality insulation, the oven is particularly energy-efficient and can save up to 20% energy compared to other devices. Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ A minimum distance of 15 cm must be maintained from rear and side walls or neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Completely remove all packaging materials, especially styrofoam in the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues and prevent smoke development.
  • Avoid cleaning the fireclay stone with moisture, as this can cause stress cracks.
