The baking surface is made of chamotte stone, allowing direct baking on the stone and thus ensuring a crispy pizza. - ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified technician.
- ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
- Remove all packaging materials completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
- Condition the oven before first use by increasing the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
- Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours, leaving the door open to allow vapours to escape.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
- Avoid wet cleaning of the firebricks to prevent stress cracks.
