- ⚠️ The connection to three-phase power must be carried out by a qualified professional.
- ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from the rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
- Remove all packaging material, especially polystyrene from the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
- Before first use, cure the oven: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
- Then heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours.
- Keep the door open during curing to allow vapours to escape.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
- Avoid smoke development by thoroughly removing baking residues.
- Never clean fireclay stones when wet to prevent stress cracks.
