Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ The connection to three-phase power must be carried out by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from the rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material, especially polystyrene from the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Then heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours.
  4. Keep the door open during curing to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid smoke development by thoroughly removing baking residues.
  • Never clean fireclay stones when wet to prevent stress cracks.
