Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ Keep a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Completely remove all packaging materials, including polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the fireclay bricks.
  2. Before first use, increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven to maximum temperature for 4 hours.
  4. Keep the door open during the burn-in process to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean the firebrick regularly with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the firebrick to prevent stress cracks.
