The Power electric pizza oven is ideal for the professional preparation of up to 4 pizzas with a diameter of 34 cm. It features a modern, digital control system for precise management and convenience. The high-quality stainless steel hood ensures optimal heat insulation and energy efficiency. Product Details

The oven is equipped with a powerful 6.6 kW electric heating element with top and bottom heat, allowing temperatures of up to 450 °C. The digital touch panel with timer ensures easy operation and automatic start and stop functions. A large viewing window and interior lighting (12 V) allow monitoring of the baking process without heat loss. The door opens upwards, saving space and facilitating operation.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours, keeping the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean the firebrick regularly with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the firebrick, as this can cause stress cracks.
