The manual operation allows for simple and precise control of the baking process. The integrated base frame ensures stable positioning and facilitates workflow.

The oven operates with 5 kW power and uses top and bottom heat for even baking. Thanks to high-quality thermal insulation, it is particularly energy-efficient and maintains a constant temperature of up to 450 °C, even with frequent door openings. A large viewing window and interior lighting allow monitoring of the baking process. Additional features include an emergency stop switch and an integrated chimney opener.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase connection must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues and prevent smoke development.
  • Avoid cleaning the firebricks with moisture, as this can cause stress cracks.
