The Power electric pizza oven is ideal for professional gastronomy. With space for 4 pizzas Ø 34 cm, it offers an efficient solution for pizzerias and catering. The digital control allows precise temperature settings up to 450 °C. Thanks to the integrated base frame, the oven is ready for immediate use and can be positioned flexibly. The stainless steel hood protects the oven and ensures a long service life.

The oven operates with top and bottom heat for even baking. The digital touch panel with timer allows automatic start and stop. An interior light (12 V) and an extra-large viewing window enable monitoring of the baking process without heat loss. The heat-insulated construction ensures low energy consumption with 6.6 kW power. The door opens upwards, saving space and facilitating workflow.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase power connection must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: Increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open during this time.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean the firebrick regularly with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the firebrick to prevent stress cracks.
