Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ Keep at least 15 cm distance from rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Carefully remove all packaging material.
  2. Ensure that all polystyrene is completely removed from the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
  3. Before using the oven for the first time, it must be seasoned.
  4. Increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  5. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours.
  6. Keep the door open during seasoning to allow any vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid smoke development by thoroughly removing residues.
  • Never clean firebricks when damp to prevent stress cracks.
