With a maximum temperature of up to 400 °C, it bakes pizzas quickly and evenly. The robust stainless steel hood and the base frame ensure durability and hygiene in daily use.

Product Details

The oven features top and bottom heat, which ensures a perfect crust. Each baking chamber can be controlled independently, saving energy and optimising performance. The integrated interior lighting allows comfortable monitoring of the baking process. The gentle door opening and safety thermostat increase ease of use and safety. Despite a high power output of 22.4 kW, the electricity consumption remains environmentally friendly and low.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase power connection must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging materials completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, keeping the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid moisture when cleaning the firebricks, as this can cause stress cracks.
  • A clean surface prevents smoke formation during operation.
