The Power Electric Pizza Oven is ideal for professional gastronomy and pizzerias. With a power output of 36 kW, it provides strong heating capacity for perfect baking results. Operation is digital via a modern touch panel, allowing for easy and precise control. Thanks to the electric mode of operation, the oven is particularly efficient and environmentally friendly. It is optimally suited for baking up to 24 pizzas with a diameter of 34 cm simultaneously.

Product Details

The oven features top and bottom heat and reaches a maximum temperature of 450 °C, ideal for crispy pizzas. The high-quality insulation ensures low energy consumption and cost savings. The door opens upwards, which facilitates handling. An integrated interior light and an extra-large viewing window allow monitoring of the baking process without heat loss. Additionally, the hood and base frame are included, minimising installation effort.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase connection must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from the rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Carefully remove all packaging material.
  2. Ensure that all polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks is completely removed.
  3. Perform a burn-in of the oven before first use.
  4. Increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  5. Then heat the oven for 4 hours at maximum temperature with the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid smoke development by thoroughly cleaning the stones.
  • Never clean the fireclay stones with moisture to prevent stress cracks.
