With the integrated safety thermostat and heat-resistant viewing window, you always maintain control. Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ The connection to three-phase current must be carried out by a professional.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear, side walls, and neighbouring appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material completely, especially the polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Before first use, increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open during this time.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly remove baking residues from the oven to ensure optimal performance.
  • Clean the oven thoroughly after each use.
