The conveyor belt operates with circulating air, which optimally distributes the heat. The conveyor speed is individually adjustable, supporting a production capacity of 200 pizzas per hour. - ⚠️ The connection to three-phase current must be carried out by a qualified professional.
- ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from the rear and side walls as well as from adjacent large appliances.
- Completely remove the packaging material, especially the polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
- Before first use, carry out a burn-in process: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
- Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow vapours to escape.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
- Avoid smoke development by thoroughly cleaning the stone.
- Never clean firebricks with moisture to prevent stress cracks.
