- ⚠️ All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional.
- ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
- ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent appliances.
- Completely remove all packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
- Burn in the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes.
- Reach the maximum temperature and heat the oven for 4 hours.
- Keep the door open during the burn-in process to allow vapours to escape.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Regularly clean the fireclay brick with a brass brush to remove baking residues and prevent smoke development.
- Avoid cleaning the fireclay bricks with moisture, as this can cause stress cracks.
