Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent appliances.
  1. Completely remove all packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
  2. Burn in the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes.
  3. Reach the maximum temperature and heat the oven for 4 hours.
  4. Keep the door open during the burn-in process to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the fireclay brick with a brass brush to remove baking residues and prevent smoke development.
  • Avoid cleaning the fireclay bricks with moisture, as this can cause stress cracks.
