It features a heat-insulated casing with fibreglass insulation, which saves energy and enhances safety. A safety thermocouple monitors the flame and automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out. The extra-large viewing window and interior lighting allow optimal control during baking. - ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
- ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
- ⚠️ Maintain at least 15 cm distance from rear and side walls as well as from large appliances.
- Remove all packaging materials completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
- Burn in the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
- Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow vapours to escape.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
- Avoid wet cleaning of the firebricks, as this can cause stress cracks.
