The gas pizza oven is ideal for professional catering and pizzerias. It can bake up to 6 pizzas with a diameter of 34 cm simultaneously, enabling efficient operation. The manual control ensures easy handling and precise regulation. With a power output of 20 kW, the oven quickly reaches the optimal baking temperature. The robust construction guarantees durability and reliability in daily use.

Product Details

The oven operates with bottom heat and reaches temperatures of up to 450 °C, ideal for crispy pizza bases. It features a heat-insulated casing with fibreglass insulation, which saves energy and enhances safety. A safety thermocouple monitors the flame and automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out. The extra-large viewing window and interior lighting allow optimal control during baking. Additionally, the hood, base frame, and castor kit are included in the delivery.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain at least 15 cm distance from rear and side walls as well as from large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging materials completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
  2. Burn in the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the firebricks, as this can cause stress cracks.
