The oven features an automated belt direction reversal at the push of a button and a programmable weekly shutdown for energy-saving operation. Thanks to high-quality insulation, heat retention is optimised, while the patented cooling system protects the outer casing. A heat-resistant viewing window and safety thermoelements ensure maximum safety. IoT connectivity enables remote control and monitoring via an app.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove packaging materials, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly remove baking residues from the oven.
  • Thoroughly clean the oven after each use.
