- ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase power connections must be installed by a qualified technician.
- ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls or neighbouring large appliances.
- Remove packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
- Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes.
- Reach the maximum temperature and heat the oven for 4 hours.
- Keep the door open during seasoning to allow vapours to escape.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Regularly remove baking residues from the oven.
- Clean the oven accordingly after use.
