The reverse button allows the conveyor belt to be reversed at the push of a button, making the baking process flexible. A safety thermostat and a heat-resistant viewing window ensure safety and control. Additionally, the oven is IoT-enabled and can be monitored remotely via an app. It can bake 30 pizzas per hour, making it perfect for professional use.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase power connection must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Carefully remove the packaging material.
  2. Ensure that all polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks is completely removed.
  3. Burn in the oven before first use.
  4. Increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  5. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours.
  6. Keep the door open during the burn-in process to allow vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly remove baking residues from the oven.
  • Thoroughly clean the oven after each use.
