Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All appliances with three-phase power connection must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging materials completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours with the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues and prevent smoke development.
  • Avoid cleaning the fireclay stones while damp, as this can cause stress cracks.
