- ⚠️ Keep a minimum distance of 15 cm from the rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
- Carefully remove all packaging materials.
- Ensure that all polystyrene is completely removed from the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
- The oven must be seasoned before use.
- Increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
- Then heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours.
- Keep the door open during the seasoning process.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
- Avoid wet cleaning of the fireclay stone, as this can cause stress cracks.
- Regular maintenance prevents smoke generation during baking.
