Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ Keep a minimum distance of 15 cm from the rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Carefully remove all packaging materials.
  2. Ensure that all polystyrene is completely removed from the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
  3. The oven must be seasoned before use.
  4. Increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  5. Then heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours.
  6. Keep the door open during the seasoning process.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the fireclay stone, as this can cause stress cracks.
  • Regular maintenance prevents smoke generation during baking.
