Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase power connection must be installed by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, keeping the door open during this time.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the firebricks to prevent stress cracks.
  • Regular maintenance reduces smoke generation during operation.
