Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ The connection to the three-phase power supply must be carried out by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from the rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging materials, especially the polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks.
  2. Before first use, increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Then heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours with the door open to allow any vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly remove baking residues from the oven.
  • Thoroughly clean the oven after each use.
