The electric conveyor oven with a belt width of 500mm is ideal for professional pizza preparation in the hospitality industry. High power of 14.2 kW ensures fast and even baking results. The intuitive operation is via a modern touch panel, allowing easy control. Thanks to the high-quality insulation, the oven operates in an especially energy-efficient and environmentally friendly manner.

Product Details

The oven reaches temperatures up to 350°C and is equipped with a convection heating system, which ensures optimal heat distribution. 60 pizzas per hour can be baked per baking chamber, ideal for professional use. A patented cooling system keeps the outer casing pleasantly tempered. The reverse button allows easy reversal of the conveyor belt direction. Additionally, the oven offers IoT connectivity and remote control via an app for maximum control.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase power connection must be installed by a qualified technician.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as adjacent large appliances.
  1. Remove all packaging materials completely.
  2. Ensure that all polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks is fully removed.
  3. The oven must be burnt in before first use.
  4. Increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  5. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours.
  6. Keep the door open during the burn-in process to allow unwanted vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly remove baking residues from the oven.
  • Thoroughly clean the electric convection oven after each use.
